Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 (2017)
The universal story in this film even in the sub stories seems to be focused towards family and those groups no matter how dysfunctional they may be in the film.
This film actually made me tear up for the relationship between Gamora & Nebula and made me feel sympathy for their characters.
I was not expecting curtain things to happen. There were some things I did not see coming.
I did like Baby Groot in this movie
I liked the relationship between Mantis and Thrax.
One thing I hated were the sexual references in this film. I thought it went too far and was inappropriate and unnecessary for telling the story.
I don't think as a whole this film meet up to the first Guardians of the Galaxy film.
What I found interesting was the gold species used remote control vessels and it's people used the ships in a way like a video game. It was like the modern day equivalent on drone.
I did find it interesting how Ego was responsible for Peter's mothers death it showed how low in regard he had for others lives or relationships.
Rocket was pretty funny how we saw him make traps and jumping around.
I think it was funny in one of Post credit scenes seeing him act like a teenagers.
I liked the video game version of the theme to the Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 in the post credit scenes.
It was crazy seeing the Ravagers suffocate in the absence of Space. It was a disturbing scene.
This was crazy on some things we saw.
For instance I was not expecting to see Nebula go after Gamora like she does in Moby Dick with not consideration of the risk to her own well being.
Everyone introduced in last film was considerably well developed more than the previous film.
One thing I liked about film was worlds looked.
I think that as a whole the first film is considerably the far better film.
There is a lot of Nostalgia moments where they film scenes that stood out as successfully done before in the first film they filmed scenes like the hero walking scenes like those.
I found this film far more graphic and disturbing in the violence like people being thrown out the airlock, similar to a pirate being told to walk the plank, the Gamora and Nebula relationship is much more graphic in violent than the first film but also made you hit the heart. This film made you see the direct risk and consequences to everyone's actions. There is was not just a happy ending to anyone in this film.
I was impressed by the opening to the film getting Kurt Russell look like 1980's Kurt Russel and have trouble actually seeing Kurt Russel's face be CGI, Motion captured or whatever to make that film.
Even though I think that this film is not as good as the first film this one does make you appreciate the first film more as far as the characters. Especially with Yandu and the relationship between Nebula & Gamora.

Mission Impossible film rankings
How I would rank the Mission Impossible films as Mission Impossible Rogue Nation (2015) Love the locations, physical comedy, the fun, crazy stunts, music. The Airplane, Mission, Protagonist, Super well passed. Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol (2011) This has my favorite music, opening credits, cast, comedy, locations, enjoy the gadgets in this film. Love how the gadgets are a character of this film. Super well passed. Loved the cast in this film. Mission Impossible III (2006) This has my favorite protagonist in the franchise. The ticking bomb works in this film. Mission Impossible Fallout (2018) Love how this ties to the rest of the franchise. Impressive stunts. I feel like the story is too series. Mission Impossible Dead Reckoning Part 1 (2023) Amazing action. Well written protagonist. Mission Impossible (1996) The only one that uses no guns. It has interesting twist. But heavy in dialogue exposition. Mission Impossible 2 (2000) even though the film has a great opening the plot
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny film review
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny 2023 film review It has lots of action scenes. It feels like a real authentic Indiana Jones film. Very different from Indiana Jones and Crystal Skull that felt fictional. This film felt grounded. It was a pretty good film. I enjoyed it more than Temple of Doom and Crystal Skull. This is a movie that felt like an Indiana Jones film unlike Crystal Skull that felt a bit out of place in the final act. It was cool seeing a scene going under water with 1960's technology and making the scene look like it was shot in the late 1960s. I am not used to seeing a scene like that. The Eels were interesting thing we had not seen before in a film. This is the first Indiana Jones film without snakes somehow being absent in the film. It was nice hearing the established themes from previous films but I wish that the new themes stood out more in the film. It was interesting seeing several time eras represented in the film. I hated that the film did not
Selma (2014) film review
Selma (2014) film review. I feel like the film is not as effective for me as I would like. Mainly because I was not not as invested in the characters as I should be. It sets up the situation rather than also developing the people in the film. I also feel like the fact that this film is dialogue heavy and not much music does not help either to stay focused. I liked seeing the preacher aspect and the fact that Martin Luther was a pastor emphasised in this film. I felt like for a film focusing on Martin Luther King it should have focused more on the emotional aspect to get invested in the people more. I did not feel that enough. Instead it felt like a general aspect and focused on relationship between Martin Luther King and the President and being monitored and bugged by the Federal government. I feel like the casting for the figures of Martin Luther King and President Johnson does not work as well as it should. I feel like I have seen stronger Civil Rights films that hit more
The Flash (2023) film review
The Flash (2023) film review I saw #TheFlash. I could not believe what I witnessed. Oh my Gosh!!!!! There are nice deep cuts in the film like the Back to the Future casting of #MartyMcFly character. This has to be some of the best #Batman stuff ever from all the variations. I was impressed by the explanation of Time travel. This was a nicely passed film. I never felt like the film was lagging. I think it might upon my Top 10 list for superhero films. This was the best versions of Batman explained in a simple way. Loved seeing the different versions of Superman and Batman in this film. It was a great homage to what came before in the DC universe with also the things we could have gotten but never had the chance to. This film has a Deep cutt of Nicholas Cage. This was the best we have seen of the Michael Keaton & Ben Affleck versions of Batman. I enjoyed seeing Michael Shannon portraying General Zod once again. I feel like this film showed just how strong General Zod was and shows
